Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving any reason.

Your IQ report and platform access are digital content delivered instantly. At checkout, a separate unticked checkbox asks you to confirm the following statement:

"I expressly request that MentalClarity begins delivering the digital report immediately and confirm that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the report has been fully delivered."

This is permitted under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. We repeat this confirmation in your purchase-confirmation email, so you receive it on a durable medium. Your right to cancel future subscription renewals at any time remains unaffected.

If you have not yet opened or unlocked the report, the full withdrawal right still applies.

You may also send a clear statement to support@mentalclarity.me or by post to the address below. Sending the notice before the 14 days expire is enough.

If your withdrawal is valid we refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed, using the same payment method. No fees are charged for the refund.
