If we take action against your account we will inform you of the reason (a statement of reasons under Article 17 of the Digital Services Act), the facts it is based on and how to appeal. You can appeal free of charge by emailing support@mentalclarity.me within 6 months; we handle appeals within 14 days and can reverse the decision. You may also use out-of-court dispute settlement — see Complaints & Dispute Resolution.
