Terms of Service

MentalClarity provides a non-verbal reasoning test scored on the standard IQ scale, a personalised report, and brain-training games and puzzles. The test is a self-assessment for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a clinical, psychological or medical assessment, and results must not be used for diagnosis, employment decisions, school placement or any similar purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the service. You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address; you are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.

The introductory offer is a one-time payment of 1.00 EUR / 1.00 USD / 1.00 GBP / 11 SEK / 12 NOK / 7 DKK for a 7-day trial period, shown in your local currency at checkout. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, the trial converts to a recurring subscription of 34.90 EUR / 34.90 USD / 32.90 GBP / 389 SEK / 409 NOK / 259 DKK, billed monthly until you cancel. All prices include applicable VAT.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. By purchasing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. You can cancel at any time with the cancellation button in your dashboard, or on our public cancellation page at mentalclarity.me/cancel (no sign-in required). You may also email support if you prefer. Cancelling stops all future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period. Full details: Cancel your subscription. We email a reminder 7 days before your first renewal charge and at least 3 days before each later renewal. The final payment button states the amount due and that the action starts a subscription. Checkout also requires separate confirmation of the recurring terms and of immediate digital delivery.

You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the test questions, reports or games; attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards or ratings; interfere with the service; or use the service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

All content, questions, illustrations, games and software are owned by Dala Primelab AB or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dala Primelab AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. As a consumer you may also rely on mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Material changes to these terms, including price changes for existing subscribers, changes to fees and changes to how you cancel, are notified by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect.
