Access is granted automatically the moment your payment is confirmed by our payment provider — normally within seconds. You also receive a sign-in link by email so you can return to your account from any device.

The service runs in any modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) on phone, tablet and computer. No app installation is required. A stable internet connection is needed.

If your report or access does not appear, contact support@mentalclarity.me with the email address used at checkout. We restore access or refund the charge.
