Refund Policy

Because the IQ report is unlocked and delivered instantly and you expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right at checkout under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been delivered. Where the service was not supplied as agreed, or where you did not waive your withdrawal right, or the digital content has not yet been fully delivered, your statutory rights remain fully available — see Right of Withdrawal, and you can withdraw directly at mentalclarity.me/withdraw.

If you experience a technical problem — for example the report never unlocked, or you were charged without receiving access — contact support@mentalclarity.me within 14 days of the charge and we will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Any additional goodwill request is reviewed case by case.

You can cancel the recurring subscription at any time with the cancellation button in your dashboard, or on our public cancellation page mentalclarity.me/cancel (no sign-in required). You may also email support@mentalclarity.me. Cancellation stops all future charges; already-billed periods are not refunded, and you keep full access until the end of the current paid period.

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider back to the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank, the amount typically appears within 5–10 business days.
