MentalClarity

Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This policy explains how Dala Primelab AB uses cookies and similar technologies on MentalClarity, in line with the EU ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.

1. Strictly necessary storage

These are required for the service to function and do not require consent:

  • Supabase — login session tokens that keep you signed in, stored in your browser's local storage and in a session cookie.
  • Our payment provider — set when the payment form loads, for fraud prevention and to complete your payment securely. Duration: up to 1 year (fraud-prevention identifier) and 30 minutes (session identifier).
  • Your in-progress test result and preferences, stored in session/local storage so the test survives a page reload.
  • Your cookie choice itself, stored so we do not ask again on every visit.

Resend delivers our login, billing and recovery emails. It does not set cookies on this website. We do not use open tracking in transactional emails (login links, purchase confirmations, receipts, renewal reminders, cancellation and withdrawal confirmations); marketing and recovery emails may contain a delivery pixel, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.

2. Analytics and marketing cookies (consent-based)

With your consent we use:

  • Meta Pixel — set by Meta Platforms to measure advertising effectiveness and attribute visits from our ads. These identifiers may be combined with page-view and purchase events and sent to Meta. Durations: _fbp (browser identifier) up to 2 years, _fbc (ad-click identifier) up to 90 days.

Meta Pixel is not loaded and these identifiers are not created by MentalClarity unless you accept optional cookies.

3. Managing cookies

Use the button below to accept or reject optional tracking at any time. You can also delete storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage will prevent sign-in and the test from working correctly.
